某矿1303工作面为三采区首采工作面,顶板含水层主要为第四系含水层、K10和K8砂岩裂隙含水层。为了解顶板K10和K8砂岩裂隙含水层的富水性,在1303工作面运输巷布置了覆盖全工作面的10个钻场(46个顶板探放水钻孔)进行探测,结合地表钻孔的顶板覆岩规律以及抽水试验结果可知,K10和K8砂岩裂隙含水层属于弱富水含水层,在2号钻场和8号钻场周边局部存在局部富水区;局部富水区均与构造有关,2号钻场位于背斜翼部,8号钻场位于向斜轴部,而背斜翼部和向斜轴部易出现砂岩裂隙带,成为地下水的富集区。  相似文献

高速激光钎焊会引起熔池流动紊乱导致焊缝成形质量恶化,从而限制了其在汽车制造领域的应用。通过正交试验研究了高速下激光功率、送丝角度等工艺参数对焊缝成形质量的影响,发现焊缝成形质量随激光功率增加和送丝角度减小而提升。激光功率是通过影响熔池获得的热输入,从而影响熔池表面扰动的铺展来影响焊缝成形质量的。送丝角度是通过影响焊丝送入熔池的位置,从而影响焊丝对熔池的扰动强度和扰动的铺展速度来影响焊缝成形质量的。采用正交试验获得的最优工艺参数组合进行试验,获得了表面光滑平整无缺陷的高质量焊缝,为激光钎焊在高速下的应用发展奠定了基础。  相似文献

Ba2Ti9O20 single-phase ceramics were prepared by reaction sintering method using TiO2 and BaCO3 as raw materials after heat treating at 1150°C for 10 hours. Furthermore, the formation mechanism and microstructure evolution of Ba2Ti9O20 ceramics prepared by reaction sintering method were investigated. The formation behavior of Ba2Ti9O20 phase was analyzed from the perspective of diffusion, where the reaction activation energy required for the process was calculated to be about 386.17 kJ/mol. Combined with the scanning electron microscopy and the energy dispersive spectrometer, it was revealed that the pores on Ba2Ti9O20 grains in the process of reaction sintering might be caused by the absence of oxygen element. Meanwhile, the reason for the roughness of ceramic surface was that the local inhomogeneous distribution of barium on the surface of Ba2Ti9O20 grain leaded to the enrichment of titanium.  相似文献

The influence on the mass transfer in liquid-liquid extraction was investigated during droplet formation in a quiescent aqueous continuous phase for the two transition components, acetone and acetonitrile, in toluene. Both transition components have similar characteristics. However, an approximately eight times slower mass transfer of a droplet hanging on a capillary in relation to a rising droplet could be observed. The droplet formation time and the initial solute concentration are decisive for the mass transfer behaviour. A lower volumetric flow leads to slower droplet formation and a higher specific mass transfer area enhancing mass transfer, which is visualized via laser induced fluorescence (LIF). Additionally, as expected, higher initial solute concentrations promote Marangoni turbulences and thus mass transfer, which is measured via confocal Raman spectroscopy inside a fixed hanging droplet.  相似文献

Formation and structural transformations of yttrium orthoferrite crystals have been studied using X-ray diffractometry, Mössbauer spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy combined with electron microdiffraction. Said processes have been studied under heat treatment of glycine-nitrate combustion products. There have been identified formations of three structural yttrium orthoferrite modifications – amorphized hexagonal <h1>-YFeO3 (P63cm) and nanocrystalline hexagonal h2-YFeO3 (P63/mmc), as well as nanocrystalline orthorhombic o-YFeO3 (Pbnm), which are selectively formed depending on available three-dimensional confinements. Based on the analysis of changes in the fluid and size composition formulation, it has been proposed mechanism for formation and transformation of YFeO3 nanocrystals, including growth stage of h2-YFeO3 crystals due to amorphized phase of <h1>-YFeO3 up to critical size of about 15?nm and their subsequent transformation into orthorhombic form o-YFeO3.  相似文献

The heartwood of Taiwania (Taiwania cryptomerioides Hayata) has the excellent decay resistance and fascinating color qualities due to the accumulation of bioactive compounds. However, limited information was addressed to the heartwood formation of this species. In this study, we established the distribution of the living ray parenchyma cells and profiled the major bioactive compounds across and along the Taiwania stem. The ray parenchyma cells would die within 1–2 annual rings of the transition zone, which occurs around 8–13 annual rings counted from the cambium. The gradual loss of the starch grains accompanied with the deposition of the colored materials into the cell lumens started from the outer transition zone. The radial distribution of the extractive contents and its signature bioactive compounds across Taiwania stems gradually increased from the transition zone toward the heartwood tissues. The aforementioned properties did not show specific trends along the vertical direction of the Taiwania stems.  相似文献

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models were employed to investigate flow conditions inside a model reactor in which yield stress non‐Newtonian liquid is mobilized using submerged recirculating jets. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results of active volume in the reactor obtained using flow visualization by the authors in a previous study. The models developed are capable of predicting a critical jet velocity (vc) that determines the extent of active volume obtained due to jet mixing. The vc values are influenced both by the rheological properties of the liquid and the nozzle orientation. The liquid with higher effective viscosity leads to higher vc for a downward facing injection nozzle. However, an upward facing injection nozzle along with a downward facing suction nozzle generates enhanced complementary flow fields which overcome the rheological constraints of the liquid and lead to lower vc.  相似文献

The selectivity of encapsulation of leflunomide and teriflunomide by native α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrins was investigated through 1H NMR and molecular modeling. Thermodynamic analysis revealed the main driving forces involved in the binding. For α-cyclodextrin, the partial encapsulation was obtained while deep penetration was characterized for the other two cyclodextrins, where the remaining polar fragment of the molecule is located outside the macrocyclic cavity. The interactions via hydrogen bonding are responsible for high negative enthalpy and entropy changes accompanying the complexation of cyclodextrins with teriflunomide. These results were in agreement with the molecular modeling calculations, which provide a clearer picture of the involved interactions at the atomic level.  相似文献

Carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are the underlying energy sources for animals and are catabolized through specific biochemical cascades involving numerous enzymes. The catabolites and metabolites in these metabolic pathways are crucial for many cellular functions; therefore, an imbalance and/or dysregulation of these pathways causes cellular dysfunction, resulting in various metabolic diseases. Bone, a highly mineralized organ that serves as a skeleton of the body, undergoes continuous active turnover, which is required for the maintenance of healthy bony components through the deposition and resorption of bone matrix and minerals. This highly coordinated event is regulated throughout life by bone cells such as osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and osteocytes, and requires synchronized activities from different metabolic pathways. Here, we aim to provide a comprehensive review of the cellular metabolism involved in bone development and homeostasis, as revealed by mouse genetic studies.  相似文献
